So, just like fashion trends and boujee fads, there is always a food fad…
And, it totally varies – but I am not talking the whole dip the pizza in the milk fad that plagued us within the past year or so, I am talking the health food fads.
While some people do it for health purposes, a lot of people adopt certain lifestyles because they sound cool or are just all the rage right now. For example, being gluten-free.
Like aforementioned, there are people who are gluten-free as part of a dietary restriction. But, there are also several people who have just joined in now making it possible for just about anyone to be darn near gluten-free without even trying.
So, rather you are gluten-free by force or by choice, I’ll share with you some gluten-free recipes that won’t leave you feeling like you are missing out.
Who knows? These might just be what your New Year diet needs:
- Socca Pizza with Hemp and Pumpkin Seed Kale PestoI know that is a total mouthful. But, trust me, you’ll also want a literal mouthful of this because wow, the goodness is real.
- Cleaned Up Creamy Butter Chicken with Cauliflower RiceUh, yes, please. Now this, I could get down with. Cauliflower rice is actually pretty incredible if you’ve never tried it before. And butter and chicken? Say no more.
- Gluten-Free Vegetable Spaghetti BowlCan you ever go wrong with a great bowl of spaghetti? Even if it isn’t traditional spaghetti – nothing says comfort like a huge bowl of deliciousness.
- Garlic and Lemon Quinoa Stuffed Bell Peppers with Broccoli RabeBroccoli rabe is one of those things I totally used to bash and just considered it a fancy people food. However, don’t hate it until you try it. And stuffed bell peppers are always the way to go.
