I’ve said it…
It is those four lovely words that most people just can’t keep from coming out of their mouth around this time of year:
“New year, new me.”
It is like the magic in the movie of Cinderella – as soon as the clock strikes midnight and a New Year takes effect, people all around the country go into a dieting frenzy, trying to shed those extra pounds and keep the resolution they have made every year for as long as they can remember.
Well, like most people, I am looking to start this year off with a bang of losing some weight. I ate healthy for awhile toward the end of 2017 but unfortunately, I fell off the bandwagon. So, what better time to hop back on than the beginning of 2018?
